Our store is hosted on WooCommerce. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

2. DELIVERY & DELIVERY CHARGES
Delivery charges on mytherapyshop.co.za, are set to a flat rate, although additional delivery fees will apply to large items over 20kg.
3. SIGNING FOR GOODS
Deliveries require a signature at the point of delivery. Please check the delivery carefully for signs of possible damage before you sign to say that you have received them in good condition. On some occasions the outer packaging on heavier items may become damaged during transit. In most cases this will have no impact on the goods themselves and this means that the packaging will have served its purpose in protecting your order. In the extremely unlikely event that you receive a parcel which is obviously damaged beyond all levels of acceptability, please refuse delivery and contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org or call +2711 704 0002 stating the reason for refusal. We will then resolve the problem in the best and quickest means possible. Fortunately this happens very rarely. My Therapy Shop’s obligation to deliver a product to you is fulfilled when we deliver the product to the physical address nominated by you for delivery of the order. My Therapy Shop is not responsible for any loss or unauthorised use of a product, after it has delivered the product to the physical address nominated by you.
On the very rare occasions that you wish to complain about any of our services, we aim to deal with the complaint as effectively as possible. In the first instance, your complaint should be e-mailed to our client services team at email@example.com or call us on +2711 704 0002 during working hours. We aim to acknowledge any complaints within 5 working days, and to conclude our investigations as soon as possible thereafter.
6. SITE ACCESS
6.1 You are permitted to use our website for your own purposes and to print and download material from this website provided that you do not modify any content without our consent. Material on this website must not be republished online or offline without our written permission.
6.2 The copyright and other intellectual property rights in all material on this website are owned by us or our licencors and must not be reproduced without our prior consent.
7. SITE & STOCK AVAILABILITY
7.1 We do not guarantee that our Site or Content will always be available, nor do we guarantee that we will provide an error free service. We may suspend our service for operational reasons such as maintenance or improvements, or otherwise in emergencies and we may change or discontinue the availability of any content, goods or services at any time as we see fit.
7.2 You acknowledge that stock of all Goods on offer is limited and that pricing may change at any time without notice to you. In the case of Goods for sale by My therapy Shop, we will take all reasonable efforts to monitor stock levels and ensure that when stock is no longer available, that offers thereof are discontinued on the Website. However, we cannot guarantee the availability of stock. When Goods are no longer available after you have placed an order, My Therapy Shop will notify you and you will be entitled to a refund of any amount already paid by you for such Goods.
8. USER CONDUCT
8.2 When using this website you shall not post or send to or from this website any material: a. for which you have not obtained all necessary consents; b. that is discriminatory, obscene, pornographic, defamatory, liable to incite racial hatred, in breach of confidentiality or privacy, which may cause annoyance or inconvenience to others, which encourages or constitutes conduct that would be deemed a criminal offence, give rise to a civil liability, or otherwise is contrary to the law in the Republic of South Africa; which is harmful in nature including, and without limitation, computer viruses, Trojan horses, corrupted data, or other potentially harmful software or data.
